Located in the center of the city, heart of Times Square, the new Hard Rock Cafe New York will rock your senses with tantalizing food and drinks and an awe-inspiring rock memorabilia collection. Priceless pieces from legends The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Billy Joel, The Ramones and Elvis Presley grace the cafe walls along with more contemporary items including stage costumes worn by Madonna and Gwen Stefani. The Times Square cafe also features rock 'n' roll memorabilia from Hard Rock's unmatched collection, including artists with New York ties, such as John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, The Ramones and Bruce Springsteen.

Ordering Process
|
- Submitting this order doesn’t obligate you to purchase tickets. We will use this information to place a request to the box office.
- Due to heavy volume, it may take 1 to 2 business days to complete your request. For fastest results we recommend that you allow us to contact you by email and that you check your email daily for a response from groupsales@telecharge.com
- Once we have received approval for your request, we will send you an invoice / confirmation. You will have approximately 2 weeks to pay for your tickets.
- If you don’t want to purchase the group you can cancel prior to payment without penalty.
- If ordering a restaurant or attraction, you may be contacted by someone other than Telecharge Group Sales. We may forward your request to our partner who may contact you to confirm your group and arrange payment.

We suggest you order the maximum number you can use. Prior to paying you can reduce without penalty,
however, you may not be able to add additional people.
