How can I get in touch with your office?

What is considered a Group?
Group minimums are set by a show’s producers and vary by show. They can be as low as 10 tickets and generally range from 10 to 20 tickets. If you have a question about a specific show’s Group minimum, our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Are there any special discounts for students?
Many shows offer special discounted rates for Student Groups. Please ask one of our representatives for information regarding student rates.
Do I get a special deal if I order early?
For most shows, tickets go on sale for group orders before they go on sale for individual ticket buyers. These are called Early Bird Orders. Please see our website for our complete list of shows that are currently on sale.
Do I get any free tickets if I order for a large group?
Some shows offer complimentary tickets for every 20 or 40 tickets purchased. Please ask our representatives if you have a question about a show’s ticket policy.
When should my group arrive at the theatre?
We recommend arriving at the theatre at least 30 minutes in advance of your show time. Please allow additional time if your group is picking up tickets at ‘Will Call.’
Placing an Order
What if my group has more than one show that we can see on the date we chose?
If you have more than one show that you can see on your chosen date, you can place separate requests for each show. After your orders are confirmed by the shows’ respective box offices, you can chose which show you’d definitely like to see, and then cancel the other orders.
Am I obligated to pay for my order if I place it?
No, you can cancel a group request at any time before you submit payment. After you submit payment, it is a final sale.
What if I need to change the number of people in my group after I submit the request?
When placing a request for a group, you should request the maximum amount of seats that you will need. You can reduce your order at the time of payment with no charge. However, it is extremely difficult to add seats.
How does my group get our tickets?
If there is enough time for shipment, your tickets can be mailed to you for a $14.50 fee. They will be mailed standard FedEx and take about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Tickets cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or outside of the United States. Tickets can also be held at ‘Will Call’ at the box office for day-of-show pick up.
Seating Locations
When will I know my seat locations?
In your original request, please note the part of the theatre (orchestra, rear mezzanine, etc.) where you would like to be seated. The box office will give you the best seats that they can in your chosen section. We will do our best to provide you with the most accurate information about your seating assignments at the time of payment. We can’t guarantee the seats seating locations until the payment is processed.
Will our seats have limited visibility?
No, all of the seats that we sell have full visibility.
Will our group be seated together?
The box office will seat your group as close together as possible. Of course, this depends of the availability when you place your group request.
Can I make special requests on my order?
Yes. If, for example, someone in your group requires an aisle seat, please note that special request on your order form. We will be sure to pass them along to your show’s theatre box office, which will do their best to accommodate you.
What if I have people that have trouble walking?
Please keep in mind that most of our theatres do not have elevators or escalators. If you have anyone that has any trouble walking up stairs, you should place an order for the orchestra section of the theatre, which is always the ground floor of the theatre. If you have anyone that is in a wheelchair, be sure to note that in your order. The theatres have special seating locations for patrons in wheelchairs and their companions.
Paying for Tickets
Is there a service charge for group tickets?
Service fees are generally not applied to group orders. However, for performances on certain days of the week (often times Saturday evenings) or during certain times of year (around the winter holidays, for example) there may be a service fee attached. You will always be quoted a price with the service fee included if it is applicable to your performance.
Do I get one invoice or multiple invoices for my order?
Most times there will be one invoice for your order. However, if you place several orders for different productions or different dates, you will have multiple invoices.
When is my payment due?
Payment due dates, which are printed on the invoice, are set by the box office; therefore we are not able to provide an exact timeframe. Generally it is a week or two from the time you are invoiced.
Can I pay by credit card?
You can make a credit card payment in one of two ways: 1) By faxing us a copy of your invoice with your credit card information filled in the provided section. 2) By giving our office a call and making a payment with one of our agents.
Can I pay by check?
We accept certified checks and money orders as payment. Information about whom to make the check out to and where to send it will be provided on your invoice.
Can I send multiple checks or split my payment on multiple credit cards?
No. We are only able to accept one payment per group order.
Special Questions
What if there is a snowstorm and my group can’t make it to the theatre?
Please note that performances are rarely cancelled due to weather conditions. In the event that a show is cancelled, we will make every effort to reschedule your group for a different performance of the same show. If we are unable to reschedule your group, we will issue a refund at the discretion of the show’s producers.
Can you help my group make a restaurant reservation?
Certainly. We have contacts with a company that will help you book a group-friendly restaurant. When your order is confirmed, please contact us, and we will be happy to put you in touch with them.
