Allow us to welcome you to our favorite place in the world. Before your group arrives to your show, a professional actor will greet you and speak with your group for approximately twenty minutes. It is a welcome, a thank you for coming, and a sharing of information; an introduction to Broadway, a personal sharing of their experiences and a little behind the scenes preparation for the show you’ll be seeing. On the coach, at a restaurant around the corner, or in your hotel, we’ll come to you to welcome you to Broadway.

To take full advantage of this intensive, we recommend that the orchestra have familiarity with the score of their choice, and mark their score with questions that may arise before the seminar. Depending on the sight reading level of the orchestra, we also suggest that the orchestra have one or two songs well rehearsed so that the participant may follow the conductor with ease and direction. At the end of this intensive, the instructor will answer questions on what it is like to play in a Broadway orchestra and what they’re looking for when auditioning Broadway musicians.
