Whether it’s after the matinee or before an evening show, our staff can always be found chowing down in a big group. Because we’re New Yorkers, we have very eclectic tastes, and enjoy everything from terrine de chat avec petite chou-chou at 4 star restaurants to chicken fingers, fries, and cokes. So although we might not be the thinnest people in town, we are among the happiest and have selected some of the best group dining spots in the city just for you. And best of all: we don’t like to overspend, so our group dining selections have terrific value.
Birdland

Dubbed “The JAZZ corner of the World” by legendary jazz saxophonist Charlie “Bird” Parker, Birdland has been the premier venue for live jazz in New York City since its inception in December, 1949. The club was home to Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Count Basie, John Coltrane, Sarah Vaughn, Oscar Peterson and others and was frequented by celebrities like Gary Cooper, Marilyn Monroe and Walter Winchell. The modern incarnation of Birdland invokes the same historic ambiance and style for a new generation of artists and fans.

Bubba Gump

Bubba Gump Shrimp Company Restaurant and Market! Bubba taught me all there is to know about the shrimpin' business. So I figured it was only right to open up a place like this, on the water and all. Bubba would've liked that. Now I get to share some favorite recipes from Mama, Bubba's Mama and Lieutenant Dan and Jenny. Did you know we got a whole bunch of boats? Twelve "Jenny's"... a big 'ol warehouse, we even have hats that say "Bubba Gump Shrimp Co." It's a household name! I hope you like your visit and that you stop by again. Mama always had a chair at her table for hungry folks - and I do too!
